The best way to have Sunday Brunch, after a surf on our local break, is eggs sunny side up (mata sapi - literally translates to eye cow) and champagne with friends.

This is the quintessential Balinese meal.  Steamed veggies, tofu and tempe mixed up with a spicy sweet peanut sauce.  I like extra chili on mine.  Fresh coconut and ocean view, what more can you ask for?
